Overview Bayside Council is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced respondents for the procurement of a cloud-based Aquatic and Recreation Management System, including implementation, configuration, data migration, integration, training, and ongoing support and maintenance services. Scope The scope includes: Procurement of a cloud-based Aquatic and Recreation Management System Implementation and configuration of the proposed solution Data migration services Integration services Training services Ongoing support and maintenance services Support for customer management, memberships, and a self-service portal Support for bookings and programs Support for point-of-sale transactions and payments Support for communications and reporting Support for related aquatic and recreation operations across Council facilities Phased implementation, initially supporting Council's existing aquatic and recreation services, followed by the new Botany Aquatic Centre, which is expected to open in November 2027 Contractor Requirements Respondents must be qualified and experienced in providing aquatic and recreation management systems Instructions to Tenderers Further details of the implementation scope and requirements are provided in Volume 3.
