AI-enabled business transformation and intervention design services

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) is seeking an experienced service provider to support its AI-enabled business transformation workstream. The provider will work with the AER's AI Enablement team and selected business areas to design practical interventions that improve how regulatory and corporate work is performed, rather than simply introducing new technology. Scope The scope includes: Reviewing and recommending targeted improvements to the AER's existing methodology and supporting materials Designing AI-enabled options for selected functions using the AER's approved tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, as well as broader vendor-neutral AI capabilities that could operate within Australian Government requirements Developing future-state workflows, comparing options and recommending a preferred approach Identifying expected benefits, risks, costs and workforce, change, technology, implementation and governance requirements Proposing testing, adoption and evaluation approaches Coaching the AER team and providing reusable tools, templates and methods
