About this tender
Overview NSW Ambulance (NSWA), part of HealthShare NSW, is seeking submissions from suitably qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the supply and installation of windscreens for the NSWA fleet vehicles. NSWA requires a Panel of Suppliers to supply and install windscreens in line with the Specifications and the Statement of Requirements. About NSW Ambulance is an integral part of the NSW Health System, delivering mobile health services and providing high quality clinical care, rescue and retrieval services to the people of NSW with emergency and medical health needs. There are currently Ambulance workshops in 11 locations across NSW, with each location having a number of ambulance stations and ancillary sites. The Ambulance workshops support approximately 240 operational ambulance stations, paramedic response points and attached offices across their respective districts (metropolitan and regional). Objectives NSW Ambulance is an Emergency Service provider, and it is critical to ensure minimal impacts to frontline operations and frontline ambulance vehicles. The successful suppliers will work with NSWA to ensure: Consistent supply of windscreens to maintain the NSWA vehicle fleet and ensure minimal downtime for fleet vehicles, particularly frontline ambulance vehicles All windscreen installations are compliant with manufacturer specifications and any relevant regulations There is no disruption to any NSWA site while delivery and/or installation services are provided Scope The scope includes: Supply, delivery, repair and installation of windscreens for all NSWA fleet vehicles Removal of non-repairable windscreens NSW Ambulance Fleet Vehicles The NSWA fleet currently includes: Frontline ambulance vehicles First response vehicles 4x4 and specialised off-road vehicles Vans Standard passenger vehicles Light commercial vehicles Motorcycles Contractor Requirements The supplier must not act in a way that waives or modifies any obligations imposed by the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) and any subsequent legislation or regulations The supplier must have the capacity to operate on all NSW Government business days in accordance with Section C 27.1 of the Proposed Contract Enquiries Contact: Judy Blair Email: judy.blair@health.nsw.gov.au Phone: 0490 019 483
