About this tender

Overview Mid-Western Regional Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide quarterly preventative servicing, inspection, testing, minor repairs and reactive breakdown services for Council's automatic doors. Scope The scope includes: Provision of quarterly preventative servicing, inspection and testing of automatic pedestrian doors across Council's building portfolio Undertaking four scheduled preventative maintenance services per year for each automatic door Responding to breakdowns within the specified response times Undertaking minor repairs and adjustments Identifying any safety, compliance or operational issues Providing service reports following each attendance Maintaining clear records of works undertaken, defects identified and any further action recommended Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in servicing and maintaining automatic pedestrian doors Contract Terms and Conditions Council will pay for services in accordance with the rates submitted by the Contractor in the Returnable Schedule
