About this tender
Overview Shoalhaven City Council is inviting tenders for the carrying out of construction works relating to the Bamarang Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Scope This tender comprises three separate work packages: Work Package 1: Sludge Lagoon 4 upgrade Construction of a concrete floor for Sludge Lagoon 4, as part of the Bamarang WTP's sludge management system, which includes 4 sludge lagoons and 2 sludge drying beds, to improve operations Work Package 2: Clear Water perimeter fence upgrade Supply and installation of new security fencing to replace the existing security fencing along the clear water area Work Package 3: Main building façade upgrade Replacement of the main building's soffit sheeting, currently made from Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), with non-combustible fibre cement panels Painting of the new fibre cement panels Re-painting of the metal fascia Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A non-mandatory site inspection meeting will be held prior to the closing date. Time: Commencing at 10:00am Location: Bamarang Water Treatment Plant, 782 Yalwal Road, Bamarang Attendance: Not compulsory Bidders are encouraged to confirm their attendance and the number of proposed attendees by 12:00pm on 10 August 2026 with Damien Dillon via email: damien.dillon@shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au Bidders are encouraged to attend with key personnel who are proposed to be nominated in their tender.
