Scope The scope includes: Spraying all buildings for general pest control (spiders, cockroaches, ants) every 6 months Inspecting subfloor areas for pest and termite activity where accessible, yearly Using other means of detection, such as a moisture meter, where subfloor areas are not accessible, yearly Examining grounds for pest and termite activity, yearly Examining grounds for barriers, pest mesh, roosting deterrents, existing bait stations, and other pest control measures, yearly Providing recommendations for additional required pest control measures and a variation price to maintain existing measures or implement new pest control measures such as bait stations or mesh Supplying a marked-up school plan showing the locations of preventative measures and stations for future reference Ensuring the site and assets are left clean, tidy, and safe, including removal of all debris, waste, replaced parts, and other consumables from site unless otherwise agreed by the School Infrastructure representative
