About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (NSW), through Property NSW (PMNSW), is seeking to purchase Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs) to offset residual emissions associated with the Barangaroo Precinct's operations. About PMNSW is responsible for the Barangaroo Sustainability Management (BSM) function, including responsibility for the Carbon Neutral maintenance of the Barangaroo Precinct's operations. The Barangaroo Precinct has been certified carbon neutral under the Australian Government's Climate Active Carbon Neutral (CACN) for Precincts program since 2019. Purpose To maintain the Barangaroo Precinct's Carbon Neutral status, PMNSW is required to purchase a certain volume of ACCUs on behalf of the project to offset the residual emissions occurring in the reporting period.
