Overview CPB Downer Joint Venture (NSW) is seeking a contractor for Works Package BBK-WP-770, covering construction of the K19 Contractors Precinct as part of the Defence Estates Riverina Redevelopment Program. Scope The scope includes: Bulk earthworks Construction of a Fire Station Building (690m2) including truck garage, watch office, gym, kitchen, recreation room and sleeping quarters Construction of a Base Estate Management Building (1036m2) that consolidates the Transport Office, Transport Dispatch, storage facilities, Base Estate Management (including reception, office space and meeting room) and Base Estate Workshops Construction of a covered carpark Construction of a covered washbay Civil works including stormwater drainage, heavy duty asphalt pavement, heavy duty concrete pavement and light duty concrete pavement Landscaping works including tree planting, placement of turf and seeds, and fencing Construction of heavy-duty asphalt pavement on Letts Road
