Shoalhaven City Council invites tenders in accordance with this RFT for the creation of a Bitumen Spray Sealing of Pavements Panel Deed for the City of Shoalhaven for the period August 2026 to 30th June 2027. Council intends to form a panel of between 3-6 Contractors. The total estimated quantity of work for the 2026/27 financial year is approximately 400,000 m2, consisting of reseals, prime seals and new work seals. This quantity is provided for planning purposes only and is not guaranteed. Actual quantities may vary depending on budget allocations, weather conditions, site preparation by Council, and other operational factors.
