Overview Bradfield Development Authority is inviting Expressions of Interest from organisations interested in locating as tenants in Bradfield City's Second Building. Purpose This is an opportunity for organisations interested in locating in Bradfield City's Second Building as tenants to express their interest in doing so. Eligibility Responses are sought from interested parties that have: Commitment to contribute to the vision of an innovation-driven ecosystem in Bradfield City Activities in the deep technology (deep tech) sector that support the Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF) Precinct's growth An interest and willingness to collaborate with other organisations in Bradfield City to leverage proximity to the NSW Government's $300M investment in the AMRF Contractor Requirements All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) Instructions to Respondents Interested parties may submit an Expression of Interest by completing the Returnable Schedule at Part E and lodging an EOI Response electronically via the Opportunities Hub (reference: BDA001543).
