Overview The Cancer Institute NSW is seeking information from the mobile van vehicle and trailers manufacturer industry regarding the design, supply, construction, fit out and delivery of BreastScreen NSW (BSNSW) self-drive trucks and trailers as part of the BSNSW trailers and self-drive mobile vans replacement project. Purpose BSNSW mobile vans are reaching end of life and need to be replaced in a staggered approach between two and five years. Scope The Cancer Institute NSW is seeking information and opinions on the following: Building, design, supply, construction, fit out and delivery of three self-drive trucks and twelve trailers for BSNSW Estimated budget for the build, design, supply, construction, fit out and delivery of these vehicles Vehicle capability to accommodate digital mammography equipment and ultrasound equipment All BSNSW services, including mobile services, perform digital mammography services. How to Apply This Request for Information (RFI) is an opportunity for parties within the mobile van vehicle and trailers manufacturer industry to contribute information based on their knowledge and experience. The Institute encourages participation, acknowledging that participation is completely voluntary. Respondents may choose to answer all or some of the questions. This process is independent from any subsequent procurement process, and participation or otherwise will have no bearing on any future procurement processes.
