Overview Bayside Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to de-fit the former Le Sands restaurant located on the ground floor of Brighton Pavilion at 95 The Grand Parade, Brighton-Le-Sands NSW. Purpose These works are necessary to address compliance risks, asset condition issues and functional requirements for the premises to be suitable for re-leasing. Scope The scope includes: De-fit of the former Le Sands restaurant on the ground floor of Brighton Pavilion, 95 The Grand Parade, Brighton-Le-Sands NSW Further information regarding the project background, existing conditions and description of the works is included within Appendix A - Scope of Works. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held for this opportunity. Date: Thursday 24th September 2026 Time: 12:30pm Location: Brighton Pavilion, 95 The Grand Parade, Brighton-Le-Sands NSW Attendance: Mandatory Attendees must confirm their attendance via email to joel.harvey@bayside.nsw.gov.au. The location is currently an active construction site, so all those attending must wear full PPE. Attendees are requested to review all tender documents before this meeting. While queries can be raised afterwards via Vendor Panel, this will be the only opportunity to inspect, photograph, measure or otherwise clarify details in person, so tenderers should come prepared for this and any queries. Any sub-contractors, sub-consultants or others whose advice tenderers will rely upon can also only attend at this time.
