Overview Muswellbrook Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design finalisation and construction of the Campbell's Corner Redevelopment Project in Muswellbrook. Scope The scope includes: Refurbishment of the vacant retail space within the Campbells Corner building, formerly occupied by the IGA Supermarket Provision of purpose-built Council Chambers and a Boardroom within the refurbished space Repurposing of the remaining area as a fresh produce supermarket Construction of a new entry from Bridge Street Modifications to the existing vacant café tenancy Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site inspection has been scheduled.
