About this tender
Catering, Cleaning & Housekeeping Services at the NSW Police Academy located in Goulburn Project goals The objective of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite suitably qualified respondents to submit tenders for the provision of catering services and cleaning and housekeeping services in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement. Respondents may elect to submit a tender for the catering statement of work (Part C2), the cleaning and housekeeping statement of work (Part C3), or both. The NSW Police Force has a preference to appoint a single service provider capable of delivering both service streams. However, submissions for individual service components will also be considered. Scope The scope of this RFT is split into three parts: Part C1 – General Requirements Part C2 – Catering Statement of Work Dining Room Coffee Shop Bars Special Functions. Part C3 – Cleaning & Housekeeping Statement of Work Residential Accommodation Cleaning & Housekeeping Services Office Cleaning Services Academy Logistic Services. Additional details/instructions This RFT is comprised of the following documents: Part A – Conditions of Tender Part B – Agreement Part C – Statement of Work, including Part C1, C2 and C3 Part D – Request for Response Respondents must submit a tender response to Part C1 and may elect to tender for the services described in Part C2, Part C3, or both. Industry Briefing An Industry Briefing will be held on 16 June 2026 at the NSW Police Academy, Goulburn. Respondents wishing to attend must register by emailing a completed registration form (contained in Part A of the tender pack) to procurement@police.nsw.gov.au by 12:00 pm AEST on 11 June 2026.
