Overview The Council of the City of Sydney (the City) invites Requests for Information for a Childcare Management System. The City is seeking information from experienced providers operating within the Australian Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector. About The City delivers a range of Early Childhood Education and Care services, including long day care, preschool and out of school hours care (OSHC) programs, supporting a diverse community of children and families. These services operate within a highly regulated environment and must comply with the Education and Care Services National Law, Education and Care Services National Regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), Child Care Subsidy (CCS) requirements and relevant privacy legislation. The effective delivery of the City's ECEC services relies on the efficient management of child and family records, enrolments, waitlists, attendance, staffing, educational programming, family communications, financial administration and regulatory reporting. Purpose As service delivery requirements, community expectations and regulatory obligations continue to evolve, the City is reviewing the market to better understand contemporary childcare management solutions and associated service offerings. Information Requested Respondents are invited to provide information regarding: Solution capabilities Implementation methodology Data migration approach Support model Commercial arrangements Experience delivering similar solutions for local government or comparable organisations
