Children’s Services - Childcare Equipment Supplies

Overview Penrith City Council is seeking a supplier for the provision of childcare equipment across five categories, as detailed below. Scope The scope includes supply of childcare equipment across the following categories: Category A: Construction Category B: Furniture and Storage Category C: Outdoor Equipment Category D: Puzzles Category E: Role Play Contractor Requirements Online Ordering and Customer Service Provide an online ordering system compatible with Tech One (Finance One) Provide a direct point of contact for handling queries and complaints The system must be cloud-based, compatible with various devices, and include offline functionality, WCAG 2.0 compliance, and robust security measures Delivery and Packaging Ensure proper, safe, and secure packaging and timely delivery of goods Deliver goods in full to the specified locations Promptly communicate any delivery delays Quality and Standards All goods delivered must conform to the specified standards and be suitable for their intended use Adhere to the NSW Food Authority Standards for the supply and delivery of food products Contract Terms and Conditions Payments will be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice, provided the goods have been accepted by the Council Information Requested Penrith City Council has provided a basket of goods to be quoted on in the attached Pricing Schedule, Attachment 5. The product range to be quoted on shall include, but not be limited to, the items listed in Attachment 5.
