About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified supplier to assist in the assessment of nominated SES Band 1 officers from participating agencies, to gain an understanding of their strengths and development gaps in terms of professional digital skills in preparation for future CIO roles. Scope The scope includes: Mapping CIO roles to SFIA skills across multiple complexities (4 roles) in terms of agency size and existing or future systems Conducting a SFIA assessment with up to 15 nominated executives Producing individual reports outlining the findings of the assessment for inclusion in a broader development offering Developing a report covering the thematics of the cohort, including strengths and development requirements, for the Committee
