Notice – Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is providing notice to the industry to complete the Confidentiality Deed Poll to receive access to the Request for Tender documents, upon publishing. Project goals TfNSW intends to engage a specialist communication and business support consultant to support the main work construction of the Pacific Highway Upgrade through Wyong Town Centre. Scope TfNSW is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers, that can meet the Minimum Requirements of this Tender: Key individual (Senior Communications Officer) proposed must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in communications/stakeholder engagement on major infrastructure projects (over $100 million value). Any supporting staff must have a minimum of 5 years industry experience in communications and stakeholder engagement of major infrastructure projects (over $100 million). It is expected that key people proposed under this Contract be available to undertake an average of at least 50% of the work from the Transport for NSW Tuggerah office, or on site in Wyong. The Tenderer must have submitted a signed CDP. The Tenderer must not be a member of a shortlisted tenderer’s consortium for the role of Design & Construct (D&C) Contractor. If the Tenderer is successful, they will be unable to be engaged as the Independent Certifier for the Project. Additional details/instructions Prospective Tenderers are required to complete, sign and return the Confidentiality Deed Poll (CDP) in accordance with the instructions in that deed, prior to being given access to the RFT Suite of Documents, to be released at a later date.
