Overview City of Newcastle is seeking appropriately licenced and qualified construction contractors for the supply and installation of sub-surface drainage infrastructure at Adamstown Ovals 3, 4 and 5, Adamstown Park Precinct, in accordance with the provided designs and specifications. Scope The scope includes: Commercial installation of drainage systems as per supplied designs at Adamstown Ovals 3, 4 and 5 within the Adamstown Park Precinct Supply and installation of sub-surface drainage infrastructure in accordance with the provided designs and specifications Supply of all materials, machinery and labour required to complete the project Contractor Requirements Appropriately licenced and qualified construction contractor Allowances for float, accommodation and other support expenses, if any, must be reflected and included within submitted pricing schedule/s Instructions to Tenderers Design documentation and associated plans, drawings and surveys form part of this invitation to tender.
