Overview NSW Public Works is seeking a contractor for a Design Development and Construction Contract to finalise the design and carry out repairs to 20 levee sites across the Grafton Area. Objectives Restoration of levee systems to the required design standard to maintain effective flood protection Improved resilience of flood mitigation infrastructure to withstand future flood events Delivery of works across multiple sites in a coordinated and efficient manner Scope The scope includes: Finalisation of design development for levee repair works across the Grafton Area Remediation of 19 earthen levee embankment sites Remediation of 1 concrete wall site Contract Terms and Conditions The works are divided into 3 packages, and tenderers may price one, two, or three of the packages All works must be completed by the end of May 2027 Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory online pre-tender meeting is scheduled as follows: Date: Tuesday 29/09/2026 Time: 10:00AM Format: Virtual briefing (Microsoft Teams) Attendance must be registered with the RFT Contact Person by 2pm Friday 25 September to receive a meeting invitation. In addition to the mandatory online briefing, there will be an optional opportunity to attend site with Public Works and Clarence Valley Council. Details will be confirmed via an addendum.
