Overview The Department of Education (NSW) is seeking applications from suppliers for a scheme of prequalified contractors to provide cleaning services within the Hunter Central Coast Region. Scope The scope includes: Provision of cleaning services to all NSW Government sites within the Hunter Central Coast Region Provision of resources to address short-term vacancies across the region A detailed breakdown of the scope is provided in the Specifications and relevant attachments. Contractor Requirements When completing an application for this scheme, suppliers are required to demonstrate their capability to meet requirements. Mandatory requirements, with all required supporting documentation Evidence of required insurance levels or confirmation that these will be obtained if successful Professional Indemnity Insurance of $5m Public Liability Insurance of $20m Workers Compensation Insurance Supplier is an acceptable legal entity Modern Slavery compliance Work Health and Safety compliance All staff attending a site must hold a valid Working With Children Check and complete a National Police History Check Ability to service all sites within a region Capability questions, addressing supplier capacity Sustainability, supporting NSW Government's economic, ethical, environmental and social priorities Organisation experience Organisation capacity and capability to provide resources, assessed on a per region basis Resource capability, quality assurance and performance management Price Enquiries Scheme owner: Melanie Tauasa CleaningservicesHCC@det.nsw.edu.au
