About this tender

Overview Southern Cross University is inviting Requests for Tender (RFT) for roof height safety and roof maintenance services across its campus locations, with the contract to commence in 2027. Scope The scope includes: Annual roof height safety system inspections at all campus locations Annual safety harness and lanyard inspections at all campus locations 4-monthly roof and gutter cleaning (February, June and October) at Carina College, National Marine Science Centre (NMSC), Magellan College, Orion College and Lismore Main Campus Annual roof condition report at all campus locations, covering corrosion, deterioration and recommended maintenance Instructions to Tenderers Proponents are not required to tender for all services or all campus locations. Southern Cross University will accept proposals for: One or more individual services: Service A (roof height safety system inspections), Service B (safety harness inspections), Service C (roof and gutter cleaning), Service D (annual roof condition report); and/or One or more individual campus locations: Lismore Main Campus, Orion College, Magellan College, Sirius College, Carina College, NMSC and Gold Coast Campus; or Any combination of the above
