About this tender

Central Coast Council is seeking tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified Contractor for the design development and construction for upgrades to the HVAC system servicing the auditorium at the Art House Theatre Wyong. The Contract includes removal and disposal of existing DX system equipment and installation of a chiller and associated infrastructure. The chillers have been purchased separately and will be free issued to the successful Tenderer. The project is located at The Art House, Wyong, 19-21 Margaret Street, Wyong NSW 2259. The site is shown below in figure 1.1. The land is owned by Central Coast Council and is zoned E2 - Environmental Conservation. A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held on 22 June 2026 at 10:00am. This will be held on site at 19-21 Margaret Street, Wyong NSW 2256. Pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer no later than 4:00pm 18 June 2026 with the names and organisation of those attending.
