Coonabarabran Tennis Court Surface Renewal

Overview Warrumbungle Shire Council is seeking a consultant to prepare concept drawings and cost estimates for the renewal of playing surfaces and court structures at the Coonabarabran Tennis Courts. Purpose The concept drawings and cost estimates are intended for use by Council to attract funding for renewal of the playing surfaces and court structures at the Coonabarabran Tennis Courts. Scope The scope includes: Provision of all investigation and design services required to satisfy the objectives of the project Preparation of concept drawings and cost estimates for renewal of the playing surfaces and court structures at the Coonabarabran Tennis Courts Inclusion of an option within the concept drawings for two Pickleball courts within the existing playing surfaces The concept drawings are expected to include features typically found in a tennis complex, including but not limited to: Artificial grass playing surface on all eight courts Net posts Fences with internal and external gate access Single external gate with electronic access Light towers Stormwater runoff collection points Line marking and appropriate surface for Pickleball
