Overview Mid-Western Regional Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to review the Mid-Western Regional Contributions Plan 2019 and prepare a new Section 7.11 and Section 7.12 Contributions Plan. Purpose The new Plan is to address identified gaps and opportunities, align with Council's strategic planning and infrastructure priorities, and provide a practical framework for development contributions across the Mid-Western Region. Scope The scope includes: Review of the Mid-Western Regional Contributions Plan 2019 Preparation of a new Section 7.11 and Section 7.12 Contributions Plan Development of a framework for development contributions across the Mid-Western Region, including car parking contributions and OSOM/heavy haulage vehicle movements Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified consultant with relevant experience in preparing development contributions plans
