About this tender
Federation Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified company to remove and replace approximately 228 square meters of reinforced concrete footpaths along Redlands Road, Federation Avenue, and Lindsay Street in Corowa. The works form part of Council’s annual maintenance program and the works are divided into two primary locations: 1. Federation Avenue: Removal of 95lm of existing 1.2-meter-wide paths and construction of new 1.5-meter-wide reinforced concrete footpaths. 2. Redlands Road: Removal of 70lm of existing 1.2-meter-wide concrete footpaths and construction of new 1.2-meter-wide reinforced concrete paths. All construction works shall be in accordance with the attached detailed construction specifications and site requirements outlined within this document.
