Overview Orange City Council is seeking a consultant to update the Dam Emergency Plans and Operations and Maintenance Manuals for the four dams it owns and operates: Lake Canobolas Dam, Gosling Creek Dam, Spring Creek Dam and Suma Park Dam. Purpose As per Dam Safety NSW regulations, Council is required to update the Dam Emergency Plans and Operations and Maintenance Manuals for each of the four dams every 5 years. Scope The scope includes: Completing or updating the additional studies required to inform the update of the Dam Emergency Plans and Operations and Maintenance Manuals for each of the four dams, to meet current Dam Safety NSW requirements Updating the Dam Emergency Plans for Lake Canobolas Dam, Gosling Creek Dam, Spring Creek Dam and Suma Park Dam Updating the Operations and Maintenance Manuals for Lake Canobolas Dam, Gosling Creek Dam, Spring Creek Dam and Suma Park Dam Planning and facilitating Dam Emergency desktop exercises for each of the four dams, as required by Dam Safety NSW every 5 years Planning and facilitating Dam Emergency practical exercises for each of the four dams, as required by Dam Safety NSW every 5 years
