Central Coast Council (CCC) is undertaking an upgrade to the intersection of Ocean Beach Road and Rawson Road, Woy Woy by installing traffic signals to improve traffic flow and safety. The project aims to reduce traffic congestion, lower accident risk, enhance pedestrian and cyclist safety, and minimise property impacts near the intersection and is part of the Federally funded Central Coast Roads Package (CCRP), a program administered by Transport for NSW (TfNSW). Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the demolition of 46-48 Ocean Beach Road, Woy Woy, located at the intersection of Ocean Beach Road and Rawson Road. A mandatory Tender briefing will be held on 1 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, at 46-48 Ocean Beach Road, Woy Woy, NSW 2256. Personal Protective Equipment must be worn during the Tender Briefing and Site Inspection. Long trousers, long sleeve shirts, high visibility vests or shirts and a hard hat. Attendance at the mandatory tender briefing is a requirement of this Request for Tender. Tenderers who do not attend the briefing may have their submission deemed non-conforming and may not be considered for further evaluation. Pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer no later than 2:00pm 30 June 2026 with the names and organisation of those attending.
