Design & Construct of Seaforth Bike Park

Overview Northern Beaches Council invites tenders for the carrying out and completion of major works for the Design and Construction of Seaforth Bike Park. About Stretching from Palm Beach to Manly, the Northern Beaches boasts more than half of all the beaches in Sydney and a population of more than 266,000. The Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to the local community. Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance quality of life, promote sustainable development, and protect the environment. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to: Detailed design, construction, and commissioning of an intermediate mountain bike jumps facility Earthworks Jump features Drainage Landscaping Ancillary infrastructure All associated works necessary to deliver a complete and operational facility in line with Council's requirements Contract Terms and Conditions The works are to be delivered in accordance with a Design and Construct contract
