Lithgow City Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the Design & Construction of Sludge Lagoon No.1 at Lithgow Sewage Treatment Plant. Documentation will be available from 12th June 2026, and submissions must be received by 5:00 pm on 24th July 2026. Submissions are to be delivered by the means described in the documents and must be received by the specified closing time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Contacting Councillors or Council staff other than the designated contact person directly will result in disqualification from the tender process.
