Overview Homes NSW is seeking a contractor for the Design Finalisation and Construction of Group Home - Bega - BH2VH. Scope The scope includes: Design finalisation and construction of a group home comprising 4 private suites (each containing 2 bedrooms) Construction of a separate common building Associated landscaping and fencing Construction of a garage providing 2 accessible parking spaces Removal of trees Consolidation of 2 lots into a single lot Undertaking all design finalisation activities in accordance with GC21 clause 39, excluding obtaining the development approval Site investigations, procurement, and construction activities required to achieve Completion Identifying, disconnecting, and removing all redundant existing services (the site is currently connected to water, electricity, gas, and NBN) Undertaking site investigations following the Letter of Award Schedule and reporting findings to the Principal in a timely manner, including notifying the Principal of any adverse site conditions such as geotechnical, environmental (contamination), services, or surface and buried structures Contractor Requirements Provide effective and comprehensive leadership of its team through skill, experience, and commitment to satisfy all requirements of the Contract and the Principal's Project Requirements Maintain such commitment, experience, and technical capacity throughout the Works as is necessary to comply with its obligations under the Contract Undertake its own investigations of the site and its surrounds, noting the Principal provides no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any information contained in its existing services investigation reports Contract Terms and Conditions Refer to Clause 39, Scope of Design Activities, GC21 Contract Information Schedules and Attachments Tender Briefing An optional briefing is being held for this opportunity.
