Tamworth Agricultural Institute Building B2 HVAC Replacement

Overview NSW Public Works is seeking a contractor to remove the existing Mitsubishi Electric VRF air conditioning systems at Building B2, Tamworth Agricultural Institute, and replace them with a new Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery system, including a Central Controller Network. Purpose The project aims to replace the existing VRF AC systems with a new Mitsubishi Electric VRF Heat Recovery system, following the current layout of the existing system, including a Mitsubishi Central Controller Network, to provide a consistent conditioned environment throughout the building. Scope The scope of works includes but is not limited to: Decommissioning and removal of two (2) existing VRF AC systems, including all redundant pipework, cassettes, head units, and electrical and control cabling and equipment Design, supply, installation, commissioning, testing and setting into operation of the new system, complete in every respect and fit and ready for continuous, safe and efficient operation Incorporation of the new system into a Mitsubishi Electric Central Controller Network to form a complete operating system Tender Briefing A mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed for this opportunity. It is mandatory for a representative from each entity to attend.
