The Central NSW Joint Organisation (CNSWJO) invites suitably qualified and experienced persons to submit a Tender to provide destination public relations (PR) and marketing services upon the conditions set out in this RFT. Please read the questions carefully and ensure all requested documentation. All responses must be input into the designated response areas within the online form. Responses that are submitted as one PDF rather than in the designated boxes may not be accepted. Documents are permitted for most questions. Any questions in relation to the RFT are to be made in writing through the etender portal. Respondents should be aware that any question that requests information relating to the contents of the RFT (as opposed to functionality of the e-procurement portal) will be responded to publicly through the portal to ensure all respondents are provided with the same information. IMPORTANT: Please ensure you allow sufficient time to upload your submission to the etender portal prior to the closing time and date. This process requests you to submit your tender documents via the electronic portal process. Please check the tender documents for the required submission process. PRICING - Please ensure when you are uploading your pricing information that it is only added to Section 9 - Pricing. If pricing is included in any other question or Section other then Section 9 - Pricing the respondent will be deemed Non Conforming. Ensure ALL files are uploaded to the etender portal PRIOR to the time and date above. PLEASE NOTE: The portal closes automatically at this time - file transfers still in progress at the exact closing time WILL NOT be accepted and you will not receive an automatic "successful submission" notice. It is strongly recommended that if your file(s) are in excess of 10MB in total and/or you are transferring data from within a corporate network that you are able to do so without restriction. We suggest you speak with your network administrator or IT staff and advise them the size of the files you intend to submit to ensure that internal file size restrictions in your network or from your PC DO NOT prevent you from uploading to the etender servers. DO NOT leave your submission to the last minute. The etender have no control over the closing of portal. If you need assistance, please contact us on the number below well before the closing time. As a guide, you should begin your file transfer at a minimum at least 1 hour prior to the closing time.
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
