Overview Lithgow City Council invites quotations from suitably qualified vendors to design, configure, and implement a comprehensive Fleet Management System using TechnologyOne's Works & Asset Management (WAM) modules. About Council manages a fleet of approximately 200 vehicles and plant items, including light vehicles, heavy plant, trucks, and specialised operational equipment. The new system must support the full lifecycle of these assets, from procurement and maintenance through to financial reporting and replacement forecasting. Purpose This RFQ forms part of Council's Fleet Management Project and aims to establish a modern, integrated, and sustainable fleet management capability. Scope Design, configuration, and implementation of a Fleet Management System using TechnologyOne's Works & Asset Management (WAM) modules for Council's fleet assets Objectives Council requires a solution that: Establishes a complete and accurate Fleet Asset Register within TechnologyOne WAM Supports reactive and proactive maintenance, including scheduling, work orders, and cost tracking Integrates procurement workflows for fuel, registration, CTP, external servicing, and other fleet-related expenses Provides custodianship tracking for fleet assets Delivers robust financial reporting, including asset valuation, lifecycle costing, replacement forecasting, and fuel tax credit reporting Ensures high quality data migration, system configuration, and testing Includes training to build internal capability and system ownership Offers options for ongoing support and system health management
