Overview The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking professional services support to develop an enterprise approach to scaling artificial intelligence (AI) across the department. About The department has established that AI can support its work, with several use cases demonstrating this, including AI-assisted drafting of ministerial correspondence. The department's strategic focus has shifted accordingly. The question is no longer whether AI has a role in departmental work, but how it will adopt AI at scale, capture the value it generates, and do so responsibly.
