About this tender

EOI – Demolition, Civil, Excavation & Shoring Works Expressions of Interest are invited from civil contractors for demolition, excavation, retention and associated civil works at Alexander Street, Crows Nest. Project involves demolition/removal of existing site structures (partly demolished single level shops) to allow construction of a new building with a single basement level excavation. The site is ~800m² and has frontages to Alexander Street, Burlington Street and Alexander Lane. The structural plans require shoring to three street frontages and the southern boundary, with a piling and capping beam wall system. Scope: - demolition of all partly demolished structures and substructures down to clean soil - removal of any asbestos/hazardous material - waste sorting, recycling and disposal as per guidelines - piling/ shoring/ shotcrete/ capping beams as per structural drawings - bulk and detailed excavation for basement as indicated on drawings - temporary bracing if required - dust, noise and sediment/erosion controls - traffic and pedestrian management as required - compliance with CTMP, council requirements and relevant safety regulations - coordination with hydraulic/stormwater plumbing works - protection of adjoining property and public frontages Contractors should provide: - company details and capability statement - licence details and insurances (minimum 20M public liability & workers comp) - relevant basement/shoring project examples - indicative methodology - ability to provide fixed fee proposal including availability and timeline Stage 1 submissions close 12 June 2026: To request further information please respond with your company details, capability statement and primary contact information via: Projects@allianceservices.com.au Contact: Frank 0435 315 628
