About this tender
Overview Shellharbour City Council is inviting submissions for an Expression of Interest (EOI) to establish a shortlist of Prospective Tenderers prepared to collaborate with Council through an Early Tenderer Involvement (ETI) process. The resulting contract will cover the operation, maintenance and upgrade of Council's existing Organics Recycling Facility (ORF) at the Dunmore Recycling and Waste Disposal Depot. Scope The scope includes: Operation, maintenance and upgrade of Council's existing Organics Recycling Facility (ORF) at the Dunmore Recycling and Waste Disposal Depot Design, construction, operation and maintenance of upgrades to the existing ORF Design, construction, operation and maintenance of a new FOGO Transfer Station at the existing site Information Requested Applicants are required to complete the Returnables Schedule and provide all requested attachments and supporting documents. Submissions that do not include the mandatory information and attachments may be deemed non-conforming and may not be considered. Instructions to Tenderers Applicants are required to review the EOI request documentation before submitting a response. There is nil cost for electronic download of the EOI documents. EOIs can be submitted in one of the following ways: Electronically through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF or Microsoft Word format In hard copy, placed in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre By facsimile to Council's Records and Document Management Department on 02 4221 6016, although this method is discouraged Council will not accept EOI submissions by email. Where submitting electronically, ensure all files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box prior to the closing time. The Electronic Tenders Box closes automatically at the stated closing time, and file transfers still in progress at that time will not be accepted, with no automatic "successful submission" notice provided. Applicants are advised to begin file transfer at least one hour prior to closing time. Enquiries EOI enquiries should be directed to Vivienne Morrow via the Tenderlink Forum. Questions or requests for clarification will be accepted up to five (5) business days prior to the EOI closing date.
