About this tender
Overview Newcastle City Council is inviting tenders from suitable businesses capable of performing one or both of the following work scopes for fire protection systems throughout Council's properties and facilities, on an as-required basis. Scope The scope includes: Routine testing, maintenance, and assessment of Fire Protection Systems Annual Fire Safety Assessment to comply with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 and Fire Safety / Building Certification Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract period of 12 months from the date of award Two further 12-month extension options available at the discretion of City of Newcastle Instructions to Tenderers Documents are available electronically at https://app.eprocure.com.au/ncc. Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted. Enquiries must be directed via the eProcure online forums. A pre-tender meeting will not be held.
