Overview Council's Movies in the Park returns for the 2026/2027 season at Strathfield Park. Expressions of interest are now open for food vendors to trade at the Movies in the Park screenings. Scope The scope includes: Trading as a food vendor at one or more Movies in the Park screenings at Strathfield Park Screenings are scheduled for the following dates, commencing at 6:30pm: Saturday 7 November 2027 Saturday 21 November 2027 Saturday 13 February 2027 Saturday 27 February 2027 Contractor Requirements Food vendors must be self sufficient, including their own set up and power Vendors must adhere to the Stallholder Terms and Conditions (PDF, 186KB) Vendors must adhere to the Temporary Food Stall Requirements How to Apply Vendors interested in trading at one or more screenings must complete the Movies in the Park - Food Vendor Expression of Interest form. Submitting a form does not confirm attendance. A member of Council's Events team will be in touch to advise whether an application is successful and which date or dates the vendor has been selected to trade.
