Overview SNSWLHD is seeking an experienced retail café provider to deliver a high-quality retail café service within Eurobodalla Regional Hospital (ERH). Request for Tender (RFT) offers are now sought from a suitably experienced retail café provider for this opportunity. Scope The scope includes: Operating and running food and beverage retail café services as the successful proponent's own business, as Lessee of the tenancy Providing professional quality products and service with strong customer focus and commercial viability Delivering eat-in and takeaway food and beverage items consistent with contemporary quality café standards and in line with Healthy Food and Drink Guidelines Providing staff meals and emergency food vouchers Undertaking menu testing as required No exclusivity will be provided to the retailer. Contract Terms and Conditions Landlord: Health Administration Corporation Premises: The retail tenancy located within Eurobodalla Regional Hospital, 2901 Princes Highway, Moruya NSW 2537 Area: Approximately 43m², plus non-exclusive use of an external café seating area of approximately 80m² Lease Term: Five (5) years, with a potential option of a further five (5) years Eurobodalla Regional Hospital is due for project completion in March 2027.
