The Licensor reserves the right not to accept any EOI without limitation and is not obliged to accept EOIs with the highest consideration. The Licensor may, in its absolute discretion, negotiate with any persons who submit an EOI or with any other person with respect to the property and, at any time prior to the signing of binding licences, may withdraw the property. The Licensor is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by a prospective Licensee in preparing and lodging an EOI or undertaking any due diligence.
