Overview Byron Shire Council is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the removal and relocation of the Mullumbimby Scout Hall at 2 River Terrace, Mullumbimby. About Council has approved the demolition of the Hall. The building is in poor condition and has recently been damaged by fire, and it is not safe to use in its current condition. The building is offered in its current state, and Council will not be responsible for maintaining the building in its current condition while the successful applicant makes plans for its removal. Scope Removal and relocation of the Mullumbimby Scout Hall from 2 River Terrace, Mullumbimby Contractor Requirements The successful applicant will need to: Pay for the cost of relocation Have an approved development application for the relocation of the building on another site Pay for the cost of making the building usable How to Apply Please complete the Expression of Interest form.
