Expressions of Interest Residential, Community & Commercial Projects

Overview Green Homes Australia (NSW) is inviting expressions of interest from builders, contractors, specialist trades and product suppliers interested in working with its network during the 2027 and 2028 calendar years, under its Contractor, Trade & Supplier Registration program. Purpose This is an opportunity to register a business for future project and supply requirements, introduce capabilities to Green Homes and explore a longer-term relationship. Scope Green Homes welcomes registrations from businesses with experience and capabilities across: New residential homes, renovations and extensions Townhouses, villas and medium-density developments Apartments and multi-residential buildings Retirement living and supported accommodation Residential aged-care facilities Schools, education and community facilities Light commercial construction, fit-outs and refurbishment Private and government sector projects Relevant National Construction Code classifications may include Classes 1a, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9b and 9c, depending on the project's use and configuration. This list is not exhaustive; businesses with capabilities in other building classes are also encouraged to register. Eligibility Builders and principal contractors Individual trades and specialist installers Manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of building materials, finishes, equipment and technologies Businesses servicing metropolitan, regional and rural Australia, from local specialists to businesses with broader delivery or supply capacity Information Requested The online EOI should include details of: Business, location and areas serviced Contact person, role and relevant decision maker Trades, services or product categories offered Relevant experience and building classes Capacity and availability during 2027–2028 Applicable licences, insurance and home warranty eligibility and limits How to Apply Expressions of interest should be submitted by completing the online EOI and emailing the submission to ivy@greenhomesbuilders.com. The closing date for submissions is 16th December 2026 at 5:00pm AEDT. Early submissions are encouraged and will be preferenced. Green Homes will review submissions and contact shortlisted businesses to discuss suitability, further information and potential next steps. This is a general invitation to register capability and interest, not a tender for a specific project or an offer of work. Registration does not guarantee appointment or approval, project volume or exclusivity. Engagements remain subject to assessment, project requirements and agreed terms in stage 2 of assessment.
