The Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, equipment, materials, approvals, permits, supervision, and services necessary to complete the works in accordance with all applicable legislation, codes, standards, utility authority requirements, and project documentation. A MANDATORY Tender briefing will be held at the subject site (60-62 Menangle Street, Picton NSW, 2571) at 10:00 am THURSDAY 30th July 2026.
