About this tender
Council is seeking tender offers from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the complete demolition and removal of the former Wollondilly Shire Council Administration Building located at 60–62 Menangle Street, Picton NSW 2571, including all associated structures, foundations, services, hardstand areas, and infrastructure identified within the contract documentation. The Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, equipment, materials, approvals, permits, supervision, and services necessary to complete the works in accordance with all applicable legislation, codes, standards, utility authority requirements, and project documentation. A MANDATORY Tender briefing will be held at the subject site (60-62 Menangle Street, Picton NSW, 2571) at 10:00 am THURSDAY 30th July 2026.
