Overview Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders for the GA-02 Airport Upgrades Design Package. Scope The scope includes: Carrying out the detailed design at Port Macquarie Airport, as further detailed in Part B - Specification and associated documents Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A pre-tender briefing/site inspection will be held for this opportunity. Date: Tuesday 15th September 2026 Further details are provided in 3.1 Part A - Conditions of Tendering. Attendance at this briefing/site inspection is a mandatory requirement of participation. Instructions to Tenderers All clarifications must be sought within the tender period and no later than the question closing date of 3rd October 2026, as detailed in 3.1 Part A - Conditions of Tendering. Any enquiry received after this date will not be answered unless PMHC Procurement considers it to be in the interests of all respondents. Submissions that include clarifications, assumptions, or departures will be deemed non-conforming and will not be progressed for evaluation.
