Overview ARTC is seeking a contractor to upgrade the National Plant Maintenance Facility at 3 Blackshaw Rd, Goulburn NSW, to accommodate three new consists of heavy track plant (tampers and regulators). Scope The scope includes: Demolition of a section of the existing building and some existing infrastructure to facilitate new works Construction of a portal frame steel clad extension of the existing facility with nominal dimensions of L 80m, W 25m, H 10m Installation of a 10T single girder overhead crane servicing the building extension Construction of a new office and amenities building connected to the existing facility Construction of a concrete slab floor within the extension, including a new service pit under rail siding No. 9 and a sunken floor area to facilitate access to extended rail siding No. 10
