Granville Park Fields 1 & 2 Field Reconstruction Project

Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction of the Granville Park Fields 1 & 2 Field Reconstruction Project. Scope The scope includes: Construction of the Granville Park Fields 1 & 2 Field Reconstruction Project Supply of all materials, tools, equipment, consumables, labour and supervision required to complete the work Contract Terms and Conditions The work is awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract Contract: GC21 Construction is anticipated to commence in July 2027 and be completed by December 2027, inclusive of the 12-week turf establishment and maintenance period Tender Briefing and Site Inspection All respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection.
