Granville Park - Temporary GYM Building

Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for the modular gym building at Eric Tweedale Stadium, Granville Park, including full design, supply, construction, installation, and commissioning of the building as per the scope of work. Scope The scope includes: Full design of the modular gym building Supply of the modular gym building Construction and installation of the modular gym building Commissioning of the modular gym building Contractor Requirements Submissions are sought from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations Contract Terms and Conditions All works must be completed no later than Friday, 30 April 2027. This completion date is fixed and non-negotiable The contract work will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules Contract term: five months Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract Contract: MW21-LG Tender Briefing and Site Inspection All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection.
