Hard Surface Street Maintenance Contract

Overview Kempsey Shire Council is seeking to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced contractor to provide high-pressure hard-surface cleaning and wastewater capture services across nominated CBD footpaths, bin enclosures and the Horseshoe Bay picnic shelter. Purpose The services are intended to maintain the appearance, cleanliness and safe use of Council CBD public areas while minimising disruption to local businesses, pedestrians, vehicles and community activities. Scope The scope includes: High-pressure hard-surface cleaning of nominated CBD footpaths High-pressure hard-surface cleaning of bin enclosures High-pressure hard-surface cleaning of the Horseshoe Bay picnic shelter Wastewater capture services associated with the cleaning works Delivery of services mainly outside normal business operating hours Contract Terms and Conditions Proposed contract term of 3 years Two optional 1-year extensions
