Hardware Supplies

Overview Penrith City Council is calling for responses from tenderers to provide a range of hardware supplies. Successful tenderers will be placed on a panel of suppliers covering all required categories. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following categories: Over the Counter and Stocked Items Minor Plant Battery Operated Tools Hand Tools and Accessories Steel Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers can apply for as many or as few categories as they like. If responding to a category, tenderers are to provide pricing for all items in that category. Due to the Christmas shut down period and the requirement for this tender to report to Council prior to award, the Council is aiming to bring this tender to the March 2026 Council meeting, and asks for patience following the tender closing while a thorough review is conducted. Clarifications may be sent out during the review process, so tenderers should keep an eye out for any messages requesting clarification through Vendorpanel.
